Welcome to the team! This document outlines the formal agreement and operational guidelines for your participation in the U-World Digital Commissioned Marketers Program (CMP). By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Commission Structure

Commissioned Marketers are entitled to earn a percentage of the total project cost for every client successfully secured for the company. The commission rate is determined by the total Project value as follows:

| 0 – 20,000,000 | 5% |

| Above 20,000,000 – 100,000,0003.5% |

| Above 100,000,000 | 2% |

Payment Trigger: Commissions are payable immediately upon Project activation, defined as the point at which the client has made the initial payment to the company.

2. Recruitment Bonus (Tier-2 Commission)

Marketers may recruit other individuals into the CMP. For every project secured by a recruit, the original recruiter will receive a 0.5% bonus of that project’s total cost.

Validity Period: This recruitment bonus is only applicable for the first six (6) months of the recruit’s tenure. Following this period, the recruiter is no longer eligible for bonuses from that specific recruit’s activities.

3. Scope of Responsibility & Liability

Exemption from Fulfillment: As a Marketer, your role is strictly Business Development. You are not responsible for Project execution, technical fulfillment, or ensuring the completion of the job. You will not be held liable for any delays or unfinished projects.

Company Obligation: U-World Digital Nigeria Limited assumes full responsibility for completing Projects within the agreed timeframe and according to the technical specifications agreed to with the client.

4. Operational Restrictions

To maintain professional standards and accurate project costing, the following restrictions apply:

Pricing & Quotations: All site inspections, quotations, and final pricing must be handled exclusively by an authorized Project Manager.

Negotiation Power: Marketers are not authorized to negotiate Prices, Discount Rates, or Terms of Execution with Clients. Any unauthorized agreements made by a Marketer will be considered null and void and may lead to removal from the program.

5. Intellectual Property

U-World Digital Nigeria Limited / U-World Digital LLC retains all rights to Branding, Marketing Collateral, and Media materials (digital or physical) issued to you. These materials must be used solely for the promotion of the company’s services.

6. Termination & Violation of Terms

Right to Withhold: The company reserves the right to withhold or refuse commission payments if a Marketer violates any terms outlined in this document.

Termination: The company reserves the right to terminate its relationship with any Marketer at any time, at its sole discretion, should their services no longer be required.

Acceptance of Terms By promoting U-World Digital Nigeria Limited services and submitting referrals, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
